Context
The C3D (Collège des Directeurs du Développement Durable) brings together a network of leaders and sustainability professionals committed to driving corporate transformation. To support the evolution of its activities and better address its members’ needs, the association wanted to rethink its entire digital ecosystem.
Our mission was to design a new corporate website reflecting its positioning and identity, while developing a member platform centralizing all the services offered by the association. We supported the C3D throughout the entire project lifecycle, from digital strategy and art direction to the development of the platform using Payload CMS.
Challenge
The challenge was to design a platform capable of addressing the association’s diverse needs while providing a seamless, intuitive, and scalable experience.
Beyond the corporate website redesign, the objective was to create a member space bringing together all resources, services, and features within a single interface. User journeys were designed to simplify event and Working Group registrations, improve access to content, and enable members to manage their profiles independently. Particular attention was also given to the administration experience, with a flexible back-office developed on Payload CMS, providing the C3D team with an evolutive and easy-to-use tool to manage the entire platform.
Results
The C3D now benefits from a unified digital ecosystem that strengthens interactions between the association and its members. The new website enhances the visibility of the network’s initiatives and commitments, while the member platform provides a smoother and more intuitive experience designed to encourage engagement and simplify access to the association’s services.
Beyond improving the user experience, the project enables the C3D team to work more efficiently on a daily basis through a flexible and scalable administration tool, making it easier to manage content, resources, and member journeys. This new platform provides a long-term digital foundation to support the association’s growth and future needs.
